PE 52

Apraksts

The three-chamber system, design with a groove profiles ferrule in “euro” standard and the groove ferrule used in windows and window doors with PVC profiles.
The structural depth of the frame is 52 mm and 60 mm for the wings. The system allows using a wide range of hardware and ease to work. Three-chamber profile provides the element with higher stiffness, thus the construction may be of larger size.

PE 60

Apraksts

The three-chamber system for the windows with “euro” standard hardware groove. The depth of the frame is 60 mm and the depth of leaf is 68 mm. Due to the wider construction, in comparison to the PE 52, 24 mm fibreglass reinforced by polyamide strips and two-component central gasket guarantee high thermal parameters.
There is no need for a drip, what positively influences the beauty of the curtain wall, thanks to the modernization of the sealing elements.
The system allows to use the wide range of hardware and ease their installation. Three chamber-system Ponzio’s PE 60 permits to set up constructions of large dimensions. Glass thickness of 10-51 mm can be applied into the system as well as the arched constructions.

PE 68HI

Apraksts

The PE 68HI is a variant of PE 68, and has the similar structure to PE 68 window system.
It’s additional advantage is the high insulation level achieved by the use of special insulating inserts.
The system reaches various heat transfer coefficient depending on the location of insulating insert.
The PE 68+ version with closed glass chamber Uf value of 1,5 W/m2K, and the higher insulation version PE 68HI – with closed glass chamber and special insulating inserts in the profile’s chambers – down to Uf value of 1,3 W/m2K.

PE 78

Apraksts

The system has a four chamber structure with a groove profiles ferrule standard “euro” and it is intended for the construction of windows of a particularly high requirements for thermal insulation (Uf = 1,2-1,9 W/m2K). The structural depth of the frame is 78 mm and the structural depth on the sash is 86 mm. The system allows the use of a wide range of ferrules and easy to assembly. With the four chamber structure and additional reinforcing elements, the system allows to set up construction of large size.

PE 78HI

Apraksts

The PE 78HI with a four-chamber design is a variant of PE 78 and has the similar structure to the window system PE 78. It is designed for the use in structures with particularly high requirements for thermal insulation.
The high insulation levels are achieved by the use of a special insulation inserts ans so: PE 78+version with closed glass chamber Uf value of 1,1 W/m2K. PE 78HI the top variant – with special insulating inserts “aerogel” in the profile chambers, achieves Uf value 0,9 W/m2K.

PW 93 WOOD

Apraksts

The main characteristic feature is connection between wood and aluminium profiles with thermal insulation. Thickness of construction for frames and sashes increased to 70-93 mm, what improves the termal isolation of system.
Various constructions can be made in this system: double sashes windows, tilt and turn windows, side hung casement windows. In PW 93 Wood used wood straps from tropical wood, which is good quality. It is resistant to weather conditions and present in a aesthetic way.
